1. integrated and split, which is better?
Integrated refers to the LED panel light as a whole is completely sealed, the panel and the body together. Such light can be damp-proof, waterproof, mosquito-proof, and has a good heat-dissipation effect, because the entire body is metal shell and the service life is longer. And some LED panel lights, panels and body separation, only the panel is metal, the body is plastic, although such light is lightweight, the cooling effect is not good, after long time power, temperature increases and heat can not dissipation, leading to light failure, life is shortened. And because there is a gap in the body, it is easy to enter dust, water vapor, mosquitoes, etc., and it needs frequent cleaning.
2. Body material

For high-quality LED panel lights, the body is generally made of Aluminum alloy oxidation protection material, can be used in any wet environment, to avoid rust and electric leakage, doesn’t affect its use. But some poorly-designed LED panel lights use iron body, which is very prone to rust. In wet environments, there is a risk of electric leakage. 3. Lighting slice material
The lighting slice is the portion of the outermost layer of the LED panel light that emits light. The lighting slice generally includes a light guide plate, a diffusion plate, and a reflective film. Material generally have composite acrylic, ordinary acrylic, imported acrylic, etc., Currently the imported acrylic is better. This kind of plate has a high light guide rate, which makes the lamp’s light brightness uniform and soft, and has a long service life. Inferior LED panel lights’ lighting slice are generally made of cheap recycled materials, which have many impurities, poor light transmission, and uneven brightness. This kind of lamp will hurt the eyes and cannot be selected.
4. Light-emitting SMD
The LED panel lights nowadays generally use SMD as light sources, their service life is longer than the lamp bead, and the luminous effect is also better.
5. LED driver
The LED driver is the heart of the LED light. It is directly related to the service life of the light. At present, good LED panel lights generally use IC-driven constant current driver power supply, with short-circuit and overload protection functions, very safe and stable, can well protect the life of the lamp. The ballast used for some lamps is solid water-proof grouting, which has good waterproof and heat dissipation effects, but it does not have the former protection function. The poor quality of LED panel lights use poor quality glue, and some even grouted asphalt, can not guarantee the life of the lamp. Must be pay attention to the quality of the ballast when selecting.
